The main purpose of this app in Psychiatry Department is:

This is a practical assessment tool. This app allows Clinical supervisors to quickly give feedback to residents in the clinical setting in a health system, very quickly after observing their work. The following are the steps:

1. The Supervisors logs into the app using their Northwell Universal ID and password after registering with the Admin their Northwell email address.
2. Firstly, the Supervisor selects the name of the resident that he would like to evaluate.
3. Secondly, the supervisor selects the EPA Activity from the list (Can click on the details icon to see additional information about the particular Activity)
4. Lastly, level of supervision is chosen and short feedback should be given for the resident to move on to the next level.
5. The resident receives an email with the Subject of Selected EPA, Level of Supervision and Feedback after this evaluation.
